How does the Group work?

By specializing in the varied facets of real estate, we make sure to cover the varied needs of our clients.  Jean-Marie is the team leader, working primarily with listings, but with a few buyers, too. Geoff is the wisdom on the team! He specializes in land and development issues.  As a former designated broker and current real estate instructor, Geoff can answer just about any question that arises.  Mike is our buyer agent, working exclusively with buyers.  By having an exclusive buyer agent we can avoid dual agency in almost all circumstances.
